Dispute Resolution

Arbitration Agreement

Exceptions to Arbitration

The following disputes are NOT subject to arbitration:

• Small claims court matters (under $10,000)

30-Day Dispute Resolution Period

Before initiating arbitration, you must:

1. Send written notice of the dispute to hicornerstonehealth@gmail.com
2. Allow 30 days for good faith resolution attempts
3. Include detailed description of the dispute and desired resolution

Miscellaneous Provisions

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Assignment

• You may not assign these Terms or your account to others
• We may assign these Terms in connection with business transfers

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cornerstone LLC regarding your use of our Apps.

App Store Specific Terms

Apple App Store

If you downloaded our App from the Apple App Store, additional terms apply:

• Apple is not a party to these Terms
• Apple is not responsible for our App or any claims related to it
• You may only use our App on Apple-branded devices
• Apple's Terms of Service also apply to your use

Google Play Store

If you downloaded our App from Google Play, additional terms apply:

• Google is not a party to these Terms
• Google is not responsible for our App or any claims related to it
• Google's Terms of Service also apply to your use
